About Us

Your purchase will be made with RCS Graphic Worx. Our premises are at 102 Kesteven Rd, Stamford, Lincs, PE9 1SS. All postal questions, general questions and other enquiries should be forwarded to us via the appropriate method of which details can be found further down in these terms and conditions text. Quantity and tolerances - RCS Graphic Worx reserve the right to deliver against any order an excess or deficiency up to 10% by weight or volume ordered due to the nature of the packaging process.

Delivery Schedule

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Timed deliveries can be arranged but will incur an additional cost. Flammable items (in aerosols) are not permitted to be sent by Royal Mail. Local personal delivery can be made at our discretion. Prices vary with postal district. Collection from us is also available on request and is by appoitment only. Northern Ireland and British islands: Where Royal Mail can be used they will be, if it is necessary to use a courier the carriage charge will be quoted dependant on the size and weight of order. Outside UK: it is not possible to transport aerosols overseas. For all other items carriage will be charged at cost plus a small handling/packaging charge. Additional shipping costs may be necessary. An invoice for any extra costs will be sent via whatever form is applicable and must be paid before your order can be sent. If in doubt about any of the shipping costs or any other queries regarding you order please contact us before placing an order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will hold a back order for you. If you have provided an email address and/or a telephone number you will always be contacted with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait or replacing with an item of equal or lower value.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction and any product that is found to be faulty can be returned for a full refund or exchanged. Items must be received within 14 days of us despatching them. We will not reimburse return shipping costs.

Custom Airbrush Work

For jobs over £250 I require a deposit in advance to secure the next available time slot. This amount will be relative to the quote given for the project and is non negotiable. The outstanding amount must be paid before the finished item/s can be collected by/returned to the customer. Please note, part or all of the deposit will be retained to pay for any time spent on the project, materials bought in specially for it or for time put aside that then cannot be used for another job if for any reason the customer decides not to go ahead with the work. The deposit will be returned in full if the reason for not going ahead is due to problems at our end.For jobs under £250, payment in full is required along with the item/s to be painted, unless the item is to be collected in person. I accept cheques made payable to RCS Graphic Worx as well as cash or debit/credit card/Paypal.

Custom RC Bodyshells

Payment for these can be made before or after the work is complete. The exception to that is if I have to supply the shell/s or they are personalised with names etc. In that instance, payment is required up front and in full. A full receipt will be given for all payments taken.

Custom Clothing, Printing and Design Work

Payment is to be made in full before we can commence.

Remittance Terms

All orders must be paid for fully in advance of their dispatch. Orders can be paid for by credit card debit card via paypal, cash or cheque in UK Pounds Sterling.
